If the relevant processors and partners are not participants in the Privacy Shield framework with respect to transfers to the United States of America, or are not located in a country with legislation deemed to provide adequate protection, they will have previously signed the European Commission’s “Standard Contractual Clauses ” issued by the European Commission or will be subject to Binding Corporate Rules approved by the authorities.

3.6. Secure Data Transmission

We transmit your personal data in encrypted form, particularly in connection with your orders and when you log in to your customer account. It is possible to waive the deletion of data in cases provided for by law if the data is anonymous or pseudonymous and if deletion would make processing for scientific research or statistical purposes impossible or seriously impair such processing.

7. Protection of Minors’ Personal Data

Please note that minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to create a customer account. Consequently, no processing of minors’ data, as defined by the amended French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, will be carried out.
